115 Not Firing

115 TLRV firing fine on 1 and 3. not firing on 2 and 4.

spark is good on all four cylinders

took carbs apart and cleaned them (not dirty)
still did the same thing.

found good used carbs put them on still the same thing.

voltage outputs all passed

pulled plugs on all the cylinders They were all very wet but 1 and 3 showed signs of ignition while 2 and 4 look brand new wet with gas.

compression good...leak down good
i didn't take reeds out but they all looked good

I am stumped please help.

timing maybe?:confused:

Mine did that it was the CDI got a used one no problems since. By the way it was not the trigger points.

i tried a used cdi box still the same symptoms

swapped the two bad coils still the same.

i got a harness and cranked it over I had my voltmeter (with dva) in line with the coil and used the same harness to test the pulser coils.

there is spark on all cylinders I only did these tests because i thought the spark did look a little weak on all cylinders (orange).

i dunno what to think...thre plugs are wet so it is getting fuel. and all of the voltages are within spec.

now i'm waiting for a head gasket i took the head off to make sure my gauges wern't lying to me and it looks worn so i don't want to reuse it.
