This has been discussed at great length in the archives. Simple, but time consuming if the seals are stubborn. You should start by getting a factory service manual or at least a Seloc/Cylmer.
Drop the lower unit and remove the skeg. Pull out the gears and prop shaft. Remove the prop shaft seal, drive shaft seal under the water pump, the o-ring on the gearcase head, the shift shaft seal under the brass bushing and the vent/drain screw seals.
