When I press the key in to start the engine I do not hear the Click of the choke engaging, and motor will not start until I lift the cover and engage the choke by pressing down the little black button on top of the choke selinoid. How can I tell if it is the choke seliond that is shot or if it is a wiring problem? Thanks for any help as shop time here is $90 just to lift the cover.
