2004 mercury 2 stroke carbed 90 hp more starting issues when i go to start the boat i get a buzzing noise and not whine to turn then it will happen a few more times and then it will start normally thought it was elect choke but does it when manual choke electric and no choke?? any help apperciated or how you start your carbed merc

Check all your battery cables. They must be very clean and tight. If they are good have your battery load tested at your local auto parts store (regardless of age).
