The next time you are out and it bogs down try pumping the bulb. If it picks up and runs good then you may have an issue with the fuel pump. If it goes flat and will not inflate then you may have debris blocking the pickup tube, or gas tank not venting properly.
If you take a gas tank that is not venting properly and the heat of the summer you will get fuel that vaporizes in the fuel line before it gets to where it needs to be. This will create a vapr lock starving the engine of fuel and bogging it down. This could be why it ran good during April and May(cooler). Easiest way to test this theory, run it without the gas cap off.
