Looking for a 40HP outboard, 4 stroke, 15" short shaft, remote steer, with t and t

I am seriously looking for a 40HP outboard, 4 stroke, 15" short shaft, remote steer, with trim and tilt.
Is Mercury the only one that has a short shaft? Very important because of transom and poling platform set-up.
