My 200 Hp Mercury Outboard motor, serial number 5045375. I have a brand new battery. When spark plugs are in, it turns over really slowly. When take spark plugs out it turns over faster. However there is no spark. Fuel is good and going through, however there is no spark to crank the motor over and keep it running. Any ideas?

However there is no spark.

Lots of possibilities. Do not replace expensive ignition parts based only on a hunch or random suggestions. Systematic troubleshooting is a better way to figure it out. If your motor is alternator driven, the below linked troubleshooting guide may be helpful. Also, a shop manual for you motor would contain a good troubleshooting guide. Luckily, a "constant" no spark condition such as your's is easier to figure out than an "intermitant" no spark condition.
