No spark 1989(?) 80hp 3 cyl

I have done a spark check and have worked my way back to the stator. The blue wire to ground reads 2260 ohms and the red to ground reads 114 ohms. I'm fairly sure it's the stator, but would like an expert opinion before I order one.

I used the troubleshooting guide from CDI. The stator is the sealed black type, not the red one.

If you have done the CDI test and it has failed the OHM test it's differently bad.
