I have a 2001 Alpha 1 Gen 2 and just changed out the impeller and carrier seal. Put it all together and it worked fine. When I put the boat in the water and shifted into reverse, I heard a ratcheting noise from the prop shaft. Forward seemed to work OK. The shifter works fine in the 3 shift positions and never had any problem with it prior to the impeller change. Any ideas? Thanks
