I have a 1998 9.9 h.p. evinrude 4-stroke with no spark and no key on alarm. I have replaced the coil and stator and I am only geting .03v with the key on and 1.0 volts cranking at the ignition coil.

Hello and thank you, the kill switch and wiring from the remote control to the engine tests ok, is there another switch I should be testing?

Although there is no good test for the ignition module, when removed on the bottom side there is a transperent seal, looking through it I could see some corosion. I replaced it and got spark again. Anybody else ever replace one?
