Poor battery connections, somewhere in the cables at the switch or at the engine.
Disassemble and clean ALL battery cable connections, BOTH ENDS of EVERY CABLE, positive and negative.
Clean, bright, and tight. Use sandpaper, emery cloth, you want shiny clean bright copper/brass.
Afterwards when it cranks and starts every time then spray/coat each connection with white lithium or similar product to seal and keep corrosion to a minimum, making it last much longer before you have to clean them again (eventually, you will).
