When running at high rpm fuel bulb starts to flatten and engine starts to lose power. I have checked all vents and connections with no visible problems.When this occurs,squeezing the bulb will remedy the problem. Could this be a fuel pump issue. Engine runs great otherwise.

Fuel pump is doing it's job in spades. You have a restriction between the primer bulb and the fuel. Could be too small a line (new aftermarket junk), or a restricted check valve or plugged screen in the tank.
