Bombard AX2 repair or scrap

anyone ever reglued pvc tube near floor on this model , carn't find suitable glue for job , its not leeking on seems but 3 inch split along tube parallel to where floor attached , not hard to patch but need right adhesive ! , also transom cuff pulled away from tube at top. Don't Know what to use anyone HelpCurrent Attachments (60.8 KB) !!!. thank u.

Mick if you google 'polymarine' you'll find a UK supplier of the correct glue.

cheers for that , sure they wont let me down unlike boat LOL. got sorted adhesive/solvent/roll of pcv fabric ?60.00 Good Stuff :):):).

sorted visable leeks still got air loss :mad::mad::mad:.

It's rarely worth fixing an old PVC boat as something else will fail tomorrow. Having said that, a tube sealant(liquid latex) designed for inflatables will fix small creamer leaks.

Guru is right, if it's and old pvc boat, you don't want to spend too much fixing it up, something else my give way later. Save up for a new one or look around for a used one, I seen a lot on craigslist for decent price.

thanks for that , thinking of buying new , Charter 2.4 / 2.9 from Mailspeed Marine price looks ok .

Scrap that new one ! , mick being thick had left front bellows open , no air loss now - cool - hope nowt else fails , Taking down to Tees Mouth this weekend . can only try !!!!.
