I am trying ot find the year of this motor
Serial number 0A955043
I am also wondering;
The Gas/oil Mix ratio for this engine
Correct spark plugs and Gap
It is very hard to start and to keep running at idle. I find I am pulling the choke out several times to keep it running.
Seems like sometimes, fires right up and other times, I'd be damned to even get it to act like it wanted to start.
Acts like it is it not getting to full RPM as well like it is being robbed of power. I had an old Johnson sea horse 10 (59 vintage) that would like to put the boat up on plane and rocket accross the water. This engine, although smoother is just as though it is struggling.
Any help would be appricated!
