i just bought an 1983 playbuoy 24' pontoon with a 85hp chrysler on it the model # on the motor is 856h2k serial # is 1002 i believe the motor has set up for at least 4 yrs it will run but the carbs leak fuel and will not rev up the motor is also not pissing any info on this motor will help where to get parts location of water pump etc im not sure what year it is will a tilt/trim unit off a mid to late 80's force 125 fit on it thank you

Motor is 1983. Sierra carb kit should be 18-7033 and fuel pump kit is 18-7806. Both can be purchased from Iboats. You will probably need two carb kits.

Three carbs.Sound like they are all gummed up.Yes a 80's model T/T will fit.If its been setting change the impeller.Jerry

I'd might add that you also change out the fuel pump, as it's also bad or will go bad in short order, I'd also would change out the fuel lines, from the fuel tank all through to the carbs, and use good screw type clamps ... a very easy motor to work on .... also when you drop the lower gear case to change the waterpump, there is one screw under the exhaust snoot ... remove the exhaust snoot to get to that screw
