Motor runs fine when cool, idle, gets on plane quickly, good top end.

After it warms up, or high air temps: very slow getting on plane, idles rough, when shifting from nuetral to forward often stalls. very annoying problem
The carbs have new kits, timming, compression good, lynk/sink ok, prop all good. Choked engine when applying throttle didnt help. for sme reason running rich when appling throttle to get boat o plane. Checked book for jets seems that this engine came from factory with different jets that book indicates. Mod 200stlens

High speed 62D, top 32, Idle air bleed 28 is this correct?

The book shows the air bleeds the other way around - 32 idle, 28 mid range.
