Hello Opti owners,
I just found this forum the other day, glad I did as there is a lot of good info posted throughout.
I have an '07 115 OptiMax and the fresh water flush mount keeps blowing off the tube leading to the engine. Obviously too much pressure coming through the hose. My question is does anyone use the Mercury "ear muff" attachment and run their motor while flushing? There seems to be different schools of thought on this subject. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
