pontoon boat prop size

hi i have a 1994 grumman 24' pontoon with a 1988 70 hp evinrude. i'm running a 14x 13 prop and i'm getting 5400 rpm's at wot. does anyone have any suggestions to bring up the rpm's closer to the recommended wot rpm's? thanks

14 x 11 would bring the engine rpm up to around 5800 provided you buy the same make and design. In other words, an 11P prop from one manufacturer may not perform exactly like an 11P prop from a different manufacturer. There are many factors that influence how a prop works.
