Hi All,
I have a 1976 Evinrude 70 hp with a leaking trim pump (see image below). My question is, can the pump be rebuilt with new seals or will it need to be replaced? The leak appears to be coming from the very bottom of the pump. The motor will still trim/tilt all the way up but there is oil leaking from the bottom of the pump and the motor will slowly tilt back down if left up. If the pump cannot be rebuilt, can someone help me find part number of the pump or suggest where would be the best place to find a replacement?
