I have a 2005 Mercury Big Foot. 2 years ago I had trouble starting it and never ran it again until 2008, spring. It started and ran perfect until june 28, 2008. Again cannot start it. I think that it is not getting fuel but fuel is getting to the filter. Is there something between the filter and the primer or does someone know of another possible problem. Thank you
