'89 Force boggs down and wants to die when trottled forward?

Starts fine and idles fine, but after getting out of no wake zone and put the throttle down it boggs and wants to die? Any help would be appreciated. After about 5 or 10 minutes of restarting it and trying again it will finally go and run fine. What could this be caused from.

What motor
How do the plugs look
what compression
how old is the fuel
spark test

last but not least
How long since the carbs were cleaned?

Make sure you buy a Clymer manual so you will know what we are referring to when we give you advice. Also, remember to update us on what you try and if it works or doesn't work.
