Hoping I can get some help on the output voltage that I should be getting to the powerpack? I tested 150-160V AC.
In my manual it quotes 300V AC. What could be causing such a low voltage output. My issues are that I have no spark and have performed the elimination tests to determine that my no spark could be attributed to the powerpack but before I spend AUD$192.00 on a new pwrpk could it be a problem further up the source i.e. magneto/stator, charge coil

I can't see any real obvious signs of corrosion.

try doing a spark test with all plugs out, strong battery, then test with the harness disconnected jumping power to the starter,if you get spark, your keyswitch ,nuetral safty switch or harness would be suspect, let us know what u find

The 300 volt reading would be using a peak reading volt meter, I would say your readings are OK, but that is only a test of the charge coil. You also need a output reading from the sensors, and pak.
