I have a 2006 25HP Yamaha. The motor acts like it's flooded after I run it at full speed. It starts on the 1st pull every time, but has no power until I pull the choke out 2 -3 times and quickly re-set it after its warmed up, then it runs normally. As soon as I back off the throttle, it does the same thing all over again. Could it be Timing or a carb problem? I have opened it up and everything appears normal. The motor has less than 50 hours of run time. It has new plugs and the Carb bowl has been cleaned.
