3.7 merc cruiser cooling problem

I have a 1991 3.7 f.w. cooled lost all coolant pressure tested and water was comming out ports on outdrive. Any suggestions, thank you Jeff

Maybe the heat exchanger rotted out?

its the heat exchanger most likey.. I had my boat winterized last year and my exchanger was cracked and my anitfreeze was dumping out the outdrive.....
