overeating on rigt side only

I have a 1993 jonhson 150 tat is running hot on the right side. The left seems to be good. Just sitting at idle for 5minutes there was 50 degrees difference.
Any info would be great. Thanking u all in advance

Possible blockage or bad thermostat.

Add to the list above - bad water deflectors in the head.

You've got one t-stat for each side. That's the most likely cause.

Has motor ever had an impeller come apart? Pieces can lodge in water passages, as can stuff from grounding events.

not that I know of. It has a new impeller in it now.
