Hi guys. I'm new to the site but am in need of help. The problem is a 05 Merc xr6 150. It is hard to start and is sluggish through low rpms. 
When trying to start it almost acts/smells like it's flooding. Once you get it fired up and on plane and up to higher rpms it runs like a champ. I'm not sure what to check first. Any ideas?
