Its a pretty easy job no matter what you have but if you give the year and model number, perhaps there is something someone can tell you about the procedure that they may know about and need to share with you to make the job easier.......
Regardless, its a few bolts to drop your lower unit, a few things to disconnect your linkage, a few bolts to get into the water pump housing, etc ....
But we really, REALLY need to know what we are working with here ....
