03 Yamaha F225 idle speed in gear?

Just wondering what the in gear idle should be for a 03 225 four stroke.

Mine has a in gearr idle of 600 rpm. I read in the man that 650-750 is norm but is that in gear or out?
Once and a while when I put the motor in gear from idle she stutters sometimes?

i think 750 +/- 50
in gear warmed up
