hi guys,
i have a '89 70 hp evinrude that will start up perfectly, runs great until i stop then it has a hard time restarting, i found that when i stop if i pull the motor out of the water for a minute then put back in it will restart, seems almost like it is getting a large surplus of gas when it stops,"flooding if you will", i have cleaned the carbs and bowl float, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
