I'm not familiar with the boat, but pulling up a wakeboarder isn't a huge task. A slalom skier or tube would be a significantly more forceful pull.
I would expect that if the boat is capable of a 60hp motor it's more than capable of towing a wakeboarder.
I learned to ride behind a 40 hp 2 seater sea doo and went from novice to advanced behind a 16' glassmaster.
