I have a 200hp Evinrude that smokes at low rpm1000 - 1500. Put in a new VRO, but it still smokes as much as before. When I get it up on plane its doesn't appear ti smoke. About a min. or 2 after I come down to 100rpm it starts smoking again.
Any Ideas?
