I added a power tilt/trim unit to my 1991 40hp and while out testing noticed that while at any throttle setting above idle the motor won't trim down, it will however trim up at any throttle setting and as long as I slow to an idle it will trim back down without fail. Anything special I may be missing that would be causing this or is it normal? I just don't have much experience with PTT to know. Thanks.
