Funship 194 Power Steering

Just purchased a great 2005 194 Funship but the power steering is very stiff. The boat has 80hours on it and everything looks new. The serpentine belt is fine. The power steering fluid is fine. It steers but very stiff. Is ther air in the lines? Anybody have any ideas. Larry

I just bought a 2003 214 funship with the same issue. I have talked to some different owners who say the steering on their four winns are stiff, but I can't imagine them being as stiff as mine.

extremely hard to pull tube, load, etc.

Previous owner said he contacted Phil Dill in Lewisville and was told the steering was supposed to be stiff in these models because they are cruisers and not sport boats.

My arms are getting a great workout!
