Wondering where to exactly put the paddle wheel and temp gauge on a sterndrive?

Anyone have any pics or and advice from previous experience?

I put my paddle wheel (Volvo Penta I/O about 12 " in from transom and 8" off the keel. I had a couple conversions with the people at PP and they were very helpful with the placement suggestions. I was somewhat limited do to the bilge layout and trailer bunks.
