I have a 1960 evinrude 40hp lark 2, all the wires work, but i have problems getting it started and maintaining an idle. when i got the motor, both the rich/lean knob and the adjustment knob below the carb was turned shut. i dont know where to adjust these knobs to get the motor to start. Does anyone know what the robust idle knob does?
