Talking new boat owner

[color="Purple"] Hey I just received my grandfathers old fishing boat as a gift, (not sure if this is a good thing) it has been setting for the past 15 years.it has to be 25 to 30 years old. it is a 14 ft Mcculloch outboard and the electrical system is trashed. My question is, Is it worth the cost to replace and repair or do I just junk it? I can't even find the boat manufacturing company on line.
