hi guys, i have a mercury 75hp 3 cyl serial 0p041141 1999 model, keeps cutting back on power to [2/2500 rev] i have put new fuel lines and connectors,ht leads ,plugs,fuel filter, fuel pump diafrms, and it still does it after cruising for 5 mins, engine has full revs on out of gear running, someone said its the ecu but i cant find one for this model..can anyone please advise. thanks Barry
