My boat was registered in GA by the previous owner. The letters they used don't look like the usual sticker like letter. These ones look more like the stickers you use on your home mailbox or so. I tried to remove them with goo gone but all I did was fade them a bit. I tried with a knife and was able to take some off but the "glue" was very hard. This thing will crumb instead of peel. I heard to use heat but the only heat sources I have are my acetylene torch or my propane torch which I will think are a bit too much for the gel coat. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
