What year is my 4hp 2 storke Mercury outboard?

Hi,

I'm new on this forum and ''very new'' in outboards motors, in fact I just bought my first 12ft aluminium boat.
The serial number of the motor is 0D996959. Could someone help me to indentify the year of manufacturing?

Any sugestion for a parts site where I could buy a not expensive propeler?

Looks like a 1994 model. The Store right here on Iboats is a great place to get your prop. Great prices!
