Need a little help with a problem. My Tracker 50 hp motor does not seem to be using any oil but I have not had any warning buzzer or any other sign that I'm having a problem other than my oil tank is full even after running the boat all day. Any ideas?

It may or may not have a warning horn on it for oil flow.. If the level is not dropping in the tank, and there is no remote tank feeding it.. then you have a failed oil pump...and depending on how much you have ran the engine you may have alot BIGGER issues than just that oil pump!

How much fuel did you use?

At 50:1 even 4 gallons of fuel only needs less than a quart at WOT, far less at an idle.

Idle mixture on that engine leans out the oil considerably that a couple of gallons of fuel may only require a few ounces of oil, hard to see that small a change in an oil tank.

You COULD pre-mix your fuel to 100:1 without really over oiling your motor.
