I have a 1979 venture 1650II magnum with a 115 evinrude. When i got it, it had a 12 3/4 x 21p prop. The kids wanted to go tubing, and i had no holeshot. Went and found 13x17p prop, great holeshot, now i can't turn without loosing grip. any help??

Maybe you replaced the prop with one with no cup?? Cupping on a prop will help with bite, however you really need to prop according to your rpm's you get at wide open throttle(WOT). Your rpm's should reach 5500.
