I just found a 93 ASTRO with a 90 merc on it sitting in a shop and it's in great shap and all it it will cost is $300.00 . The problem is there is no paper work.It was trade in at a boat dealer.The man who has it worked there and was buying it and then changed jobs so when he went to pay it off they said to shove off and won't give him the title.dose any one know how to get this done in louisana

check the boat out with the local constabulary to see if it is listed as stolen. The hull number will get you there. If it is not your best bet is to work out a deal with the mentioned dealer. They may be willing to work with you if not him.

i want to say thanks guys. i called wlf and checked with them then went to the dealer. they were great gave me all i needed for the boat and didn't charge me anything.the only thing they couldn't do was the trailer.oh well. now if anyone knows how to wire 1993 controls to a 1978 motor i'd be greatful
