I have a 35 HP Merc 1986 Idles and starts great. After short run it will bog down wot like it is flooding out. I can squeeze off the fuel line and it will take off fine, let the fuel line go and it bogs down again to just moving at wot. I notice when it does this the fuel line bulb will not pump up solid! It is a intermittent problem. Anyone have any ideas, does it sound like a fuel pump problem? thanks.
