Year and Model help please?

I am looking for the year of this outboard Mercury Kiekaefer 3.9, Serial # 2443441 also does this motor have a tell tale? It is a single cylinder with thru hub exhaust.

Is the tell tale the tube directly at the bottom rear of the powerhead case? How har is it to replace the impeller in this motor?
