so i'm wanting to use my lower unit from my 1966 18hp evinrude longshaft to put onto my 1970 20 hp johnson to turn it into a long shaft. everything fits up great, however my shaft is stripped and i cant seem to find a part number for it to get a new one. it is about 31" in length and about 23" from the top of the shaft to the water pump pin hole if that helps out at all. i imagine i[m probably just not looking in the right place, but i'm not sure where to look anymore. thanks like always for the help!
