I have a Evinrude 250 for repair. Initally, there was water in the fuel filter. Had the filter repair and the ECM reset. No fault was found. Trying to start the engine and found no spark on the spark plugs. Checked all the connectors, wirings and switches, all seems to be OK.
So I tried using another ECM to start the engine, there was sparks. But when I fixed back the spark plugs, there was no sparks again.
Please advise what has gone wrong with the engine .
