i have a 78 200 20hp i found a part laying in the bottom and looked it up it said it was the follower and what ever it bolted to broke off just a little piece of metal i can't tell where it broke off to order a new part to bolt it back up. do i even need the follower? i have used it for a couple of
years and it runs . what does the follower do? any help?
