Need help buying a GPS

Im going over to Florida tomorrow and I want ot buy a GPS. I'm looking in the cheap range, under $500, can anyone recommed a model, and what else do I need to go with it? antenna, cables, etc? I live in the Bahamas, will it work here or do I need to load maps etc? I just want something that shows the coral and depths, doesn't need to me any more fancy than that.
