hello there. I just purchased a 1991 larson senza 210 lx br with the 350 mercruiser 260 hp engine. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the (wot) rpm and the optimum cruising speed rpms should be looking for in this boat. Im guessing the boat is going to really like gas, so i'm just trying to find the best way to conserve on the water. Also what is the best prop for this boat? Thank you for any answers, they will be greatly appreciated.

Re: 91 larson senza 210lxbr

I had the same engine in my 1990 Senza 210 originally. I believe that max recommended RPM was 4600 - 5000. I think the Magnum ran up to 5200. The right prop, assuming std loading (2-4 people, normal gear) was a 21" pitch SS 3 blade. This prop took the boat to about 58 mph.

A few years ago, I pulled th engine and built a stroker SBC for it. Really woke things up.

I'm not on this site often, but always good to keep in touch with other Senza owners. My e-mail address is james.little@covidien.com.
