Warning Horn problem

Twin 1994 150 evinrudes, Turn the key on the left ignition switch Horn makes normal beep then continues a high pitch whale?? Switched horns from right Ignition witch works fine, and horn does same thing??put brand new ignition switch on left motor and still does the same thing?? "motor not running" ?? Anybody got a Clue??

Disconnect the tan wire from the offending horn. If the constant alarm continues, the horn is bad and will have to be replaced.

Been running it since last year with tan wire disconneced

Look for the vacuum switch that signals a constant alarm when there is a fuel obstruction (gasoline side). It is mounted near the fuel pump. Disconnect the tan wire and the horn will stop if that is the problem.
